Should our Next Congressman be a Strong Leader? Bill Randall's military background is decorated and distinguished. Many do not realize that Bill was hand-picked (via selection board) for an exclusive leadership position in the U.S. Navy: "Command Master Chief." Of all the occupations on the planet, there are none that surpass the requisite knowledge, skill and proven leadership of the Navy Command Master Chief.
