Bill Randall is a staunch supporter of 2nd Amendment rights as outlined in the U.S. Constitution:

"A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state,the RIGHT of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed."  

When elected as your Congressman in November 2010, Bill Randall will be your front-line advocate for the 2nd Amendment.  Bill Randall will work hard to make sure that the RIGHT to bear arms doesn't dissolve to a "privilege" to bear arms.  

Outlawing guns because some are reckless and irresponsible is as illogical as outlawing chefs because some do not abide by health standards.  Our Founders were wise when they saw the need for the 2nd Amendment.

If we outlaw firearms for law-abiding citizens, the only ones armed will be our military, police force, and the criminals.  When asked, Bill said:  "Ten out of ten criminals are in favor of unarmed victims."

Bill Randall is a proud card-carrying member of the National Rifle Association (NRA).  As a former military E-9, he qualified on a .22 cal rifle and handgun.  Bill also believes in the effectiveness of "Concealed Carry" permits.

Bill believes in responsible use of firearms, as does the majority of American citizens.
